Dear sir I purchased a mobile phone Karbonn Titanium Octane Plus Blue from snapdeal.com . the device I had received shows 3gb internal memory for storage only but its official configuration is of 16 GB internal storage.When I request return to that deficit ed product they was no response to my request.
