[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Unexpected bad customer care | |||||
Ordered two necklaces; paid for both but got only one; we asked you to add the money to free charge- still not done- and more annoying youre asking us to return the necklace we never even got. My money has been taken without my proper consent. I keep getting calls from you but none of these calls proved helpful. I thought this would never happen but it did. Not satisfied.
