Hi My name Charan Thej Singh, I haved booked Micromax Canvas Turbo A250 On 13 Dec 2014 in Snapdeal.com, My order Id - [protected], On 22 Dec 2014 i received the product which is used already and charger and headphone is too dirty, it seems they have used months together, I called up customer care they asked me to send snaps of it, I sent too, later when ever i call customer care they are saying wait for 48 hours, later server down, I dont feel they are trying for return back, Its really disgusting to me for keep on calling customer care, Kindly file a case and help me out.
