My order id is [protected]. I ordered a phone and its flip cover from snapdeal, the flipcover was scheduled to be delivered on or before 7th feb. 2015 but reached to me on 30th jan. 2015 thanks to go javas, while the phone scheduled to reach me on or before 5th feb. has not reached to me yet, what a poor service by xpressbees.Snapdeal should look into this matter immediately and cancel their tie up up xpressbees as they are very slow. i have ordered many things from snapdeal but this is taking too much time. please look into this matter immediately.
