I had ordered for Videocon Mobile - V1544 Model _ MY ORDER NO. : [protected] I had received the mobile yesterday, after opening the pack, I was shocked to observe the box was not sealed, box is torn ed and old box, charger and earphone was not arranged properly jut it was thrown in the box, we are suspecting and and sure that it is used piece and nor Brand one, the battery was fixed into the mobile instead of sealed pack, memory card is empty without any movies and songs ( As one of my friend purchased and he got memory card and battery intact and and was in good condition where in my case it is totally opposite) I demand an early action in this regard and replace my mobile with New One.
