[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Warranty not updated | |||||
I purchased the Dell Inspiron laptop with 2 year onsite warranty. The product delivered on time and when I check this product on dell website it is shows the warranty expires in 6 months. I contacted the dell regarding the 2 year warranty and invoice details they told contact the seller. They I communicated the same to snap deal customer care on April 2nd 2017. Snap deal told the seller needs 14 days to update the warranty details. After 20 days nothing happened, I contacted snap deal back they are repeating the same thing contact dell/register ur product. Don't know who will solve this issue. Its very bad after spending too much money, you wont get what u paid for. No direct number to speak with the executive. No seller phone number.
