Snapdeal.com — WORST SERVICE FROM SNAPDEAL

I have placed few orders on 12th December 2014. First of all i would like to tell you that from now onwards i wont ever use snapdeal and i will let my friends and colleagues know about the fraud snapdeal is performing 1- Order number [protected] i ordered "Vibes Pink Pure Georgette Semi Stitched Embroidered Anarkali Salwar Suit" and i recieved the wrong color also the quality of the product is cheaper than a roadside product. i am attaching an image for your reference. i have requested a return for the same and even delivered the product but i haven't been contacted by snapdeal yet even once. 2- order number [protected] The product which i ordered and received is "Good Girl Black Designer Wear Anarkali Salwar Suit" but the problem is same lowest quality ever. But the real problem is that i have requested for return and i haven't got a return form by email yet. i have raised a complaint against the same 4 times but all i get is an email saying "We are writing to inform you that we are working on your request to update you at the earliest. We do appreciate hearing from our customers, as their comments are vital for us to continue improving our services. Please note the below mentioned complaint number for your future reference." here are the complaint numbers regarding the same issue 13794293 13804537 The worst part is that Snapdeal is doing fraud in the name of service... i haven't been contacted even once in last 7-8 days The customer care number you provided on your stupid snapdeal wbsite is always switched off. How should i contact you. and even if i contact you, you are not ready to reply. Sunday 28/12/14 will be the last day for returning the order as i received the product on 22/12/14. what is your problem, why are you not sending me the return form of the product so that i could courier you your low quality products back to you. if i dont get any help from your side i will not stay back for taking any LEGAL ACTIONS against you Now please dont say that you are getting so many orders so it was a mistake and please dont give any excuses. If you are providing any service and you cant handle it then just increase the man power. And still if you cant handle the traffic just close your company SNAPDEAL.com. I need a response which should be in my favor. Thats it. Regards
