Snapdeal.com — Wrong product delivered | |||||
I order an product with order id [protected] on 3rd Feb which was delivered on time but the product was different and also the promised cashback of Rs 41 to my freecharge account was not provided. I raised a complaint regarding it on 6th Feb 2016 and after that sent almost 20-30 emails but no action was taken by the company and now they have stopped responding to my emails. till now no satisfactory action has been taken. I received a call & executive disconnected call stating we cannot take back product without even listening to what I had to say. Extremely disgusting online shopping site. I would request everyone who is reading this never ever buy anything from snapdeal
