I am naresh. I booked Philips QT4011/15 Pro Beard Trimmer Red & Black on snapdeal website on 08 May, 2017. My order ID is [protected]. Today I have received parcel. when I opened it, there was a NOVA trimmer inside the box. I have registered complaint on snapdeal customer care, but I have not received reply. I want to replace this NOVA trimmer to Philips trimmer, because I have paid for Philips trimmer. please hela me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
