I have ordered a set of pillows and your logistics partner delivered it to me to Visakhapatnam, Andhra pradesh. I asked him about the clarification on price of the pillows. He replied in a harsh manner saying that, "You have to look at those before you order your product". I didn't get a message fron Snapdeal also regarding the amount I have to pay on COD as a confirmation. Moreover, after myself confirming from my dad that the price was 1360, the delivery boy was asking me a total of 1400. I don't understand whether he is a logistic delivery boy or a postman. I sent the order back and replied in my way . Snapdeal is no where near to its competitors when it comes to customer service. Being the most viewed writer for e commerce and startups in Quora; I have decided to share this experience to the nation and urge them to switch to companies like Amazon who has tied up with quality logistics partners and I promise, I will never order something on Snapdeal.
