[Resolved] Snapdeal — Delivery not done/ tracking order wrong details | |||
I had ordered for a daikin ac and stabiliser on 18/10/2014. Till date I have not received the product. I get a message saying it will be delivered today. Then in the evening the tracking details say it will be delivered on 3 November. The assured date of delivery in the tracking order says it will be despatched on 24 th October. But till date not received. The tracking order is a sham as all wrong information is there on it. When I called the customer care executive they say they cannot commit a date. If they cannot commit a date then why they have taken the order assuring it will be delivered by October 24 th. Very unprofessional behaviour Was this information helpful? | |||
