Snapdeal — fake fastrack watch

Address:Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand, 191121

Snapdeal sent me copied Fastrack watch. When I requested for refund, they told me that get in written from service centre. Contacting service centre, thay told me that we have no such policy so we can't.
Now suggest me what to do???

Updated by Basharat bab Also there was no serial number of device mentioned on invoice.
