Snapdeal — Fake Offers. | |||
I Ordered a 48inch LED television from "Snapdeal" on 12 th Dec(can see in screen short).Before ordering i checked the availability on their website and also i had called "Snapdeal" customer care near about 10 time to confirm the price and availability of product (48h6400-Samsung) at my location (Pune). All the customer executives told that its available and price is 55220 Rs/- and can be delivered at my place on or before 22nd December. So I order the 48 inch TV (48h6400-Samsung) @ 55220/- rs Through Credit card on 12 December as see in the screen shot . After tracking for "Shipping Details" details for next day, Snapdeal Statuses says "Order is processed" along with 1. Order Confirmed .2. Order successfully placed. 3. Your Order is processed by the seller. 4. Your Order is being verified. After few days say on 19th Dec i again called call center to confirm my order status, They told that its in process and will be delivered at my place on or before 22nd. In between on 15 Dec my Credit card bill was generated and the 1st Installation on TV was generated. Suddenly on 20 Dec in morning i got message on my mobile saying that my order has been cancelled with out any reason. On same day i called in morning i called the customer support Snapdeal they say sorry and disconnected my call.Again later in evening i called the customer support they told sorry (all apologies and stuff ) and said that we cant do any thing .They said that the product is now not available with the dealer, and your money will be refunded. From 12th Dec to 20th Dec they just kept the customer (that's me) in hope that the product will be delivered, and later 20th to 25 th Dec they take time for refunding to my bank. In all if you observer 12th to 25 Dec they just using customer money and disappointing the customer feeling. I would say that these guys just not caring for customers, and i would like to take action against Snapdeal for cheating customer .I RECOMEND THAT DO NOT TRUST ON SNAPDEAL, THINK BEFORE YOU BUY. Really fake offers. strongly agreed. They should be "STRONGLY PUNISHED".
