Snapdeal — I neither got my order nor refund from snapdeal. | |||||
I placed an order [protected] HP Laptop on 19th OCT on Snapdeal on EMI basis from my CC, First it should be deliver on 25th OCT according to there estimated delivery After 25th when i called they said it will be deliver on 29th OCT After that They call me on 1st NOV and cancel my order from there end by giving me a silly reason and said me that you will get refund with in 4 days, 4 days has been passed no refund, and i got my CC Statement with first EMI, after that when i call to there customer care they ask me to log in your snap deal account and put your comment in refund status box and send it but everytime when i do that I got error of try again. tell me what should i do now ?? How i will get my refund Immediate ? What should i do with first EMI Which I got with 13 % extra with Interest ? Should i have to pay it ? Should i go to Consumer court this time ? Why should i pay the amount with extra interest for the product which i never got ? Should i directly mail to their CEO Regarding this ? Plz Help me Was this information helpful? | |||||
