[Resolved] Snapdeal — incorrect product sent | |||
I placed an order for a violet Sony digital camera on 9/10/2014. I received a pink camera on14/10/2014 in spite of repeated complaints to get it exchanged.after 10days they say they've arranged for a reverse pick up.but there are no signs of the courier. They have asked me to contact them .But on what basis do I send the product back as my money and the product will be with snapdeal. What is the guarantee that the product will be replaced or my money be refunded Was this information helpful? | |||
