[Resolved]  Snapdeal — Infocus m350 4g 16gb, refund issue

Hi I am CH.S.N.REDDY. I was purchased an Infocus M350 4G 16GB mobile in snapdeal on[protected]order id: [protected]) . I got default mobile from snapdeal on[protected]. Than i request snapdeal to returned it and arrange Refund for that rs:7049/- later on[protected] snapdeal team initiated the Refund but due to wrong account number submitted by me i didn't get the Refund. For that when i contacted snapdeal team to provide me the UTR NUMBER to confirm whether it was credited to that wrong account number or not on[protected] they send me the Refund reference number :[protected] &[protected] also i got the same but later i asked for UTR number again they give again on[protected] they gave another number i. e. P[protected]. But later i found that the account number given by me doesnt exsist with our branch as in case of NEFT if the IFSC CODE & ACCOUNT NUMBER doesnt match it will be returned to senders account. So as per this rule the Refund amount was returned to snapdeal account. So they have to initiate the Refund again to correct account but whenever i contacted them they told me they have to get confirmation from their finance team. But they take 45days to get confirmation from finance team that was on[protected]. In meanwhile they request me to Submit correct account details on from[protected] onwards till[protected] and i submitted that account details on[protected] i got mail from snapdeal by confirming that they will initiated the Refund within 24hrs and will be credited in your account within 4 business days. But they didn't give the UTR number also for that later by asking me again and again they give same Refund reference number which was given by them earlier. On[protected] one of their senior manager told that i have to wait for 7 business days to get the resolution. From that day onwards they initiated Refund on[protected],[protected], again on[protected].but in this meanwhile they didn't give the UTR number also. If i asked for UTR number they told me they didn't get it from finance team. But again and again they send the same Refund reference number :"P[protected]". More than 4 times i. e. On 12th october, 18th october, 9th september, 19th september, and even on 9th December also i got Same Refund reference number from them here if they really send NEFT every time eventhough it may returned also they deffnetly get different UTR number for every transaction. But one of their manager told on 3rd December whenever they send NEFT again and again it was returned. In every time snapdeal team is asking to wait for 48hrs, 4 business days, 7business days like that but from last 73days onwards they are postponing the time. Anway i spent more than 15% of Refund amount to followup the snapdeal team but they telling my case was put as highly prioritised case. Even to slove the highly prioritised case they take huge time nearly 90days. Than in case of normal cases can we expect the time taken by snapdeal. By considering all these Please help me to get that amount and charges bear by me.
