[Resolved] Snapdeal — Issue with return of products | |||||
I placed a total order for 12000 of Computer pheriperals which includes Processor Cooling fan too. When I received the product the package by Snapdeal was Good. But original package was tampered. I initiated return process and stated that the product was not useful to me but didn't mention about the package condition. Snapdeal executive called up and stated directly that this product is not returnable as it was delivered in good condition and product is working fine. But I suggested for return of product and refund the amount as SD cash but they are not ready. Since their response was delayed I bought a new Processor fan too from local shop instead of having 2 no's I planned to replace and make a purchase of 16 Gb perceive for 599. I'm not happy with their customer support and the Free Charge coupons wasn't shared for another order when requested the executive replies through mil that One user would get only one coupon, during the offer period. But no such info was provided on the T&C. Only rule given was that each coupon can be used only once. No rules were stated as one user would be provided with one set of coupons. They have cheated about 500 over there, I need resolutions for both issues I'm making the products non used till I get a proper resolution from Snapdeal. If it keeps on going for sure I'm gonna file a Case under Consumer affairs legally making a compilation of issue so far I have faced with Snapdeal. Was this information helpful? | |||||
May 25, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Nothing was done. Instead of seeking a resolution I quit shopping the that site. Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
