[Resolved] Snapdeal — Making fool customer to not delivering the product | |||
My Snapdeal order No. : [protected] This is really very bad experience I ever experience from Shopping with Snap deal. Since i have placed my order on 16th of October but still there is no progress on product delivery. When I tried to inquire with Ecom Express your courier partner they said me we are not responsible for any of your delivery and why don't you ask to snap deal for this delivery and please do not call us on future. They also put the status on their side as consignee asked for future delivery, I don't understand when no body called me/ SMS me or mailed about this delivery then how can they put the status like we requested for future delivery. This is really very bad for any customer who has already paid the amount 15 days back and still waiting for product to be delivered . Please note I would need a compensation for this much of delay or please cancel this order and refund my amount ASAP. One more thing If they put the status as we asked them to future delivery it means may be today oer tomorrow they will put the status as delivered the product, although i would not receive the product but as they are keep posting the false status then who knows they will put the status like this also without delivering the product to me. I am really worried about my money and this is a clear case of forge or rogue . I am expecting a quick turnaround on above concern. Was this information helpful? | |||
