My phone microsoft lumia 550 started hanging, over heating, restarting and brightness also bling after 20 days of buying. I reported to customer care and they gave me an option to replace it or give refund, they told me to resolve it in 24 hr but they haven't solve it i have complain 7 days ago and again i call customer care and tell about problems they tell me in 48hr snapdeal will contact me and solve my problem. They have not contact me till now. and service center refuse to take phone and also deny to give me problems in written. PLEASE SOLVE THIS Was this information helpful? | |||||
