[Resolved] Snapdeal — Misbehaviour of the delivery boy. | |||||
We have ordered mobiles (redmi note 3). when the order reached our province we had asked for the checking of the product but first we were asked to pay money. we gave the money and when we were about to check the product he refused to stay and did not even took our signature on the order delivery confirmation receipt and he went. my order number is[protected]. you are requested to please look after this matter. We would like to advise that the customer must have the authority to at least check the product for which he/she is paying as if by chance a wrong order will be placed who is going to take it's responsibility. please to consider our advise. Four out of ten 12W LED Bulbs found in non working condition on opening the packet after receipt of the same. Kindly look into the matter and get the issue resolved.
