[Resolved] Snapdeal — Nike flyknit racer (order id: [protected]) | |||||
Hello there, I bought nike flyknit racer shoes on 27th aug and when they arrived they were in different box that said "nike free trainer 3.0 v3" and but obvious as any normal customer my first reaction was may be product is not genuine since its not in its original packing and this is what i conveyed to snapdeal. Within hours of receiving the product i have filed for return and the reason i chose that product do not look authentic. And on 6th of sep i got a call from snapdeal ms. Chandani singh talked to me and told me that snapdeal quality team has done the quality check and they found it to be original. Since i chose the reason for return ; product not being authentic therefore my return request has been declined and we are going to ship back the shoes. Its been more than a month i wrote at least 20-25 emails and called more than 20-30 times. I even apologized to snapdeal for making a wrong impression about the product and multiple times re-iterated i did not like the shoe so please process my return. And the reason i thought it was fake because it did not come into the original box... But snapdeal did not listen to me and they forcefully shipped the product back and that too without my consent. I had to accept the product because snap deal senior executive mr. Shiva told me that "we have shipped the product back and in case delivery attempt is made you need to accept it otherwise you will lose your money as well as the product". Snapdeal has been harassing me mentally since more than a month. Each time i talk to a new customer care agent like ms. Navjot, laila, kartik etc etc and all of them understand my problem and re open the case but senior executive some how close the case. Current status : i have talked to "kartik" and he completely agreed with my view point and even apologized to me on the behalf of snapdeal for facing so much trouble since such a long time. He has promised the snapdeal will call me within an hour and will give me the resolution. But snapdeal did not call. Finally i got so fed up that first time ever i put in google "snapdeal fake products" and no wonder i have found many many similar stories and reached here. I am once again requesting snapdeal that product has not been used and its exactly the way it came and i did not like it and i request you to please take it back and reimburse my rs. 4200 as soon as possible. Let me also add after filing the return request over night that vendor disappeared and he had so many items in stock so its very hard to believe that he managed to sell all of them over night. Current status of these shoes on snapdeal :discontinued. I am attaching the picture of the shoe i received from snapdeal its in gray color. And also attaching the picture of "nike flyknit racer" shoes i found online. Anybody can compare these pictures and can conclude very easily. But stubbourn snapdeal is not buzzing and people like me get trapped in these helpless situation and get bullied. Now i feel bad that why i have been apologizing to snapdeal since so long. Snapdeal is selling FAKE goods and when i pointed out to them they have harrassed me and bullied me like anything. i have wrote at least 30 emails and called more than 30 times but they are not accepting their fraud. Please be careful from the FAKE shoes and other FAKE products of Snapdeal. They are fooling costumer like anything. I have filed the case at Consumer forum too. But it might take lot of time so meanwhile its my "DUTY" to share my expreince with all of you so that no other customer get "DUPED" by snapdeal.
