Delivery Date: Apr 28, 2014Courier Name: DelhiveryTracking No.: [protected]I have raised multiple complaints and called the customer support n number of times daily.Even the first installment has been paid but I haven't received the product!!!I even raised a compliant regarding this :Compliant number[protected]April2014, but there is no update on this either even after 48hrs. When I tried to chase up for an escalation point they didnt have any proper answer !!!. I just got an update saying their supervisors would get back in 4hrs time. But even after 24hrs I just get the same answer, which is pathetic!!! To add to this, Today I RECEIVED AN SMS WITH COURIER TRACKING NUMBER ASKING ME TO CHASE UP WITH THE COURIER SERVICE !!!Please respond with the escalation process, so that I can take up the matter accordingly.
