[Resolved] Snapdeal — Not getting refund for returned product | |||||
Snapdeal Order # : [protected] Streaming media player worth Rs 850/- was returned by me on 9-Dec-15 (thru Pickingo acknowledgement # 197271). However despite repeated follow ups with Snapdeal Customer care ([protected]), I have yet not recd. the refund for the returned product. Everytime the customer care person would promise action within 24 hours but refund not reced. I have called them atleast a dozen times. It seems Snapdeal makes money from such customers where their margin is 100%! Was this information helpful? | |||||
