I have ordered a Sony Xperia E3 Dual -Black from snapdeal on 19.09.2014 Time 17:06:29 I paid the bill from my CREDIT card.My order was supposed to get delivered on 28-09-14 But till now the product has not been delivered and no proper response from the customer care. Order no. [protected] Complaint No.my first complaint to snap deal Request number 9725790 dtd. 28.09.2014 ans second on 07.10.2014 Request number 10006607 and third on 28th oct.2014 Complaint Number: 9785887. please resolve my problem
