Snapdeal — Poor courier service | |||||
I ordered Tupperware Executive 4 Pieces Lunch Box with Insulated Bag of ref Order No. [protected] . I got email from snapdeal that they have dispatched the product through xpressbees courier. When I tried to track the courier on xpressbees website I read the status as 'product could not be delivered due to closed office/house', when in fact my office was open till 6 pm. When I tried to contact xpressbees I realised that the number I got from snapdeal through SMS was not correct ! So I called up snapdeal and got their 'latest number'.However to my dismay I found that during interactive voice input the tracking number which showed my status on xpressbees was correctly was 'too long' for IVR input, thus blocking my effort to reach customer care of xpressbees. Meanwhile xpressbees person ( cell no [protected]) called and expressed his inability to delivery the product at my office address. So I requested him to come to my residence which was convenient for him to reach and deliver. He agreed but did not turn up leaving me in total frustration. My advice don't prepay you snapdeal order.
