Snapdeal — Poor delivery service with your courier partner | |||||
I have ordered 3 product on snapdeal on 2 nd Nov 2015 and i received message that your product has been reached to Gojavas courier. My order id are- UNISNPP4888693 UNISNPP4893323 UNISNPP4892157 I called to Gojavas customer care and there was no response.I called in a day 2 -3 times, but no one was picking the call. When i was tracking my product, it was showing the same place from 3 days. I have following queries regarding your service- Q-Why it is not updating the place, it is showing the same place for 3 days? Q-Why my product is delaying? Q-When my product will delivered ?
