Snapdeal — Product delivery, return and refund against it | |||||
I have ordered mobile thru snapdeal vide order no. [protected] on 12/10/15, it was delivered on 16/12/15. It was in damaged condition hence i put request to return. On 18th person from fedex, who only delivered the product came for return pick up. I give the product to him and provided me courier receipt which is attached herewith. Now snapdeal want me to talk to fedex as they have not received the product and after inquiring with fedex, they are telling that the said shipment was refused by snapdeal, gurgaon and it is not available with them now. Both are playing me as football. My refund was pending due to that. I am unable to understand what sort of action to be taken against both (snapdeal and or fedex) of them so that i can get my refund. Snapdeal is telling me to contact Fedex.
My question is that have i ordered the product to Fedex ?
When told snapdeal to give it in writing they told that they have certain company policies and they are not able to put the same over mail or in writing.
But still I contacted Fedex and asked the whereabouts of the product, they simply said that they dont have the product. As per fedex tracking the said shipment is at your Gurgaon local facility as updated as on 31/10/2015, 07.11pm

I dont know where the product has gone??? Is it not the responsibility of the Fedex to contact customer?? if snapdeal is not taking the delivery of the product. But nobody contacted me. Now both are playing football with me.
My request is that please refund my money asap.
