Dear Sir, I have purchased a laptop through on-line from snapdeal the details are as under: Invoice number: [protected] Invoice date: 17.10.2015 MAKE: Acer Gateway NE-572 Laptop (5th Gen Intel Core i3-4GB RAM 1 TB HDD 39.62 cm (15.6) Ubuntu SELLER: DIGILIFE DISTRIBUTION AND MARKETING SERVICES LIMITED ITEM CODE: GC476707 ORDER NO: [protected] SUBORDER NO: [protected] SERIAL NO:[protected] I have received a mobile call from snapdeal, about 15-20 days back, they told me that, due to mistake the above laptop delivered to me is 3rd GEN instead of 5th GEN so the company will refund Rs.1500- to me in my freecharge wallet of snapdeal but we have not received any amount of compensation till that. Therefore, I would like to request you, to please do the needful in my above case, and refund the said amount to my wallet as early as possible. Thanks and regard.
