[Resolved] Snapdeal — Product not received and money not refund | |||||
Hello sir i am Manish gujjar from ghaziabad UP i order a Samsung J3 mobile phone from snapdeal on date 27/aug/2016, bearing Order ID: [protected] through online payment (debit card ) i have been told by them that the phone will be delivered to me by 1st september and they messaged me that due to certain reason they unable to deliver the phone and they said to deliver it by 7th September 2016 and till yet it is not delivered to me.. now they didn't response i tried from 1st September but customer care said wait and wait they did nothing on my complaint. i want to file a complain against them and get my refund thankyou.
