[Resolved] Snapdeal — Product Not Recieved | |||
Dear Sir, This is to bring in to your notice that i had purchased keyborad and mouse from snapdeal on 12th of october and the delivery date which was told me was 20th of october through third class courier Delhivery.but despite of repeated call and follow up to both snap deal and delhivery there is no response from either of the two. Today again i called and after 10-15 min of hold i come to know that i will be updated in 48 hrs about when i will get my product. i request to you to kindly take appropriate action against both snapdeal and Delhivery so that consmer can not be cheated anymore. They take money in advance and then forget about the urgency of delivery. Hope that after writing here i will not be disappointed.
