[Resolved] Snapdeal — product return | |||
Order id: [protected] placed on: thu, 09 aug, 2018. I received the product on 19th-aug-2018. I found that the product (Samsung galaxy j5-2600 mah mobile battery) not work (Charging) properly. I want return the same product. As per snapdeal 7 days easy return policy. But i found that my order details is laps. I am very surprised seen this activity. Because the snapdeal is largest indian online shopping site. I trust always it. But i never not buy any product this site. Only one number is working but in their no executive come to talk with us.
they picked my returned item and saying return request closed
even not giving my another product money which i have cancelled.
