Dear sir,

I had purchased a ray ban sunglass on 16th oct and the same was delivered to me on 23rd octI returned the same on 24th oct without opening the box. Now the people from snap deal have told that the refund cannot be made because it failed quality check and that the item was dirty. This looks like pure embezzlement. According to my purchase I have a 14 day refund or return policy.

After multiple mails and phone calls, they didnt bother to respond. Only after i wrote on their twitter page to kunal bahl they have taken steps and returned the money. thank you
