Snapdeal — Redmi prime 2 complaint reference no[protected] | |||||
I have purchased Redmi Prime-2 from snapdeal on 14/01/2016 and received same on 16/01/2016 due to there is no any clue on product to identify that this is REDMI PRIME 2 even booklet I got with mobile stating that Thanks for choosing REDMI-2 instead of REDMI PRIME 2 so I registered my complaint to Snapdeal on[protected] they sent there engineer to me and call back mobile on[protected] but till that they neither returned my mobile not refund my money although when I came to know on[protected] through there customer care that my complaint reject same day I ask my product return back to me as it is which they pick from me now after one month gone even they did not revert me anything .
