[Resolved] Snapdeal — Refund for mobile Assist protection plan | |||||
I had returned the product on 12th July but I am still waiting for the refund.The customer service team is providing me false information everytime im calling them and although they say that the refund was generated on 26th July, I did not get the refund.Please look into this and make sure that I dont need to wait any further for the same.Also the product was received by snapdeal on 18th July, I want to know what they have been doing for the past 15 days Was this information helpful? | |||||

Also I received a false mail on 26th july stating that the refund has been initiated whereas there is no such record of Refund initiation found.They are not being able to provide me the Transaction number even.
Yesterday I was asked to wait till today but still nothing fruitful happened till now.
