Respected Sir or Madam i am old customer of snapdeal.com. i have purchased a united colours benetton denim for my kid. Ticket ID.08063897, Order No.[protected], date of purchased.24.09.2015, date of received. 29.09.2015. i ask for a refund on 30.09.2015 because of size problem, and same product different size was not available. i follow the steps to get refund. details are given below. We acknowledge the receipt and will respond to you within next 48 hours. almost over 13 days, but still showing Courier pickup for return has been scheduled. after that many times i have sand a request email but no reply they are not bothered to build good relationship with custom.
