[Resolved] Snapdeal — refund not initiated | |||
Hello, i have placed an order for 'prestige omega granite byk (Set of 4 with milk pan) on 3rd nov. On receiving the product, one item was missing and the pan was scratched. I filed the return conplaint. I had to send the product as they denied return pickup from my address. I sent the courier receipt and tracking id as well on 5 nov. Since i have been getting misleading emails and notifications from the app that return pickup will be done and they have not gotten my product but on website of courier service, it is shown that product has been delivered. I am trying to talk to customer executive but can not because their website only answers through computer genrated voice. Please help asap.
