Snapdeal — Refund not Received | |||||
I bought Iball Tablet from Snapdeal through Order ID [protected] very recently. And the very next day i found the product has quality issues and requested snapdeal to accept return and refund my money. But I got a call from snapdeal and they are asking me to go to Iball service center which is around 450 kms from my location. Iball doesnt have any service center to my nearest location. I explained them that the service center is too far and I can't make it. But they didn't care about it. They repeatedly saying that's the policy and they can’t help the customer. I bought many products from Snapdeal earlier, but I never returned anything sofar. Now I am kind of afraid in buying from Snapdeal in the future and in bit reluctant in recommending Snapdeal to anyone. Was this information helpful? | |||||
