Snapdeal — Refund of Rs 24500 not recd from snap deal | |||||
I had bought Voltas Split Ac from snap deal . it was delivered on 4 aug 2015. the installation person from voltas came & fixed the AC on 9 august .After installation he found that the out door unit is not working. Immediately on 9 august I complaint to Snap deal in front of voltas person. They said it will be replaced with in 48 hours .Every day after 9 august I regularly called up Snap deal . every time new executive said it will be replaced with in 48 hours & it was not done . finally they told me to uninstall it at my expense & they will recall the product . so I uninstall it on 30 august 2015 & snap deal picked up on 31 august . after that snap deal said that your payment is initiated & it will get credited in your bank account within 7 working days which was not done . after many days on 16 sep 2015 they said we have again initiated your payment & it will get credited within 7 working days & till today it is not done . So my refund of Rs. 24500 is pending with Snap deal . the first complaint was made on 9 august & todays is 24 sep almost after 46 days . Was this information helpful? | |||||
