[Resolved] Snapdeal — replacement for wrongly delivered item | |
The iball slide 3G calling tablet is not delivered to me as you mentioned above. Instead Micro Max canvas juice2 Smartphone is wrongly delivered to me. With reference to your e mail I am to register that I never informed you that I am not satisfied with the product that I ordered. After all I requested that the wrongly delivered item may be taken back only after delivering the Iball calling tablet. Unless & until it is delivered I will not allow you take back the Micro Max Smartphone. I may be constrained to take recourse to consumer court to resist your attempt to take back the item wrongly shipped to me without delivering the ordered item first. Was this information helpful? | |
