Vide yr inv S56F01/15-16/2611 I HAVE PURCHSED 2 PHILIPS LED BULBS. aS ONE DID NOT BURN I WAS ASKED TO RETURN THEM . Ref no 06323659. I was advised that your courier will pick it up. No one has turned sofar. I get mail saying that some one tried to contact me. It is a lie . I have no missed calls on my mobile. I tried contacting your help desk . My mails wetre returned un delivered or I was asked to go to another site for help. IAM THROUGHLY DISSATISFIED and have decided NOT TO HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH YOU I AM ALSO ADVISING MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES about this.
