Bought a DSLR bag for 2000. As per the return policy, the product can be returned for refund of amount or for replacement within 7 days. Also the return policy clearly states the product can be returned incase the consumer is dissatisfied with the product/ if damaged etc. They do not follow and I had to speak to a sick customer care executive who has no clue what his job is. Waste of time and money. I highly recommend Amazon.in. Do not use snapdeal. My product was returned to me. The Return policy is not followed and is misleading. It has to be clearly mentioned that products will not be replaced or refund will not be provided if dissatisfied with the product. Snapdeal stop cheating with easy return policy and not following it.
