COMPLAIN REGARDING CUSTOMER HARASSMENT . 1. The product received by me on 14/8/15 is defective and i lodged a return request very next day of delivery. . 2. No action taken after that. . 3. Since then i have lodged several complains but with no action whatsoever. . 4. On 24th Sept i received a blank call from [protected] and a mail saying that the reverse pickup has been cancelled and WRONG MESSAGE HAS BEEN CIRCULATED that this is as per my decision. . 5. On 30th Sept I received a mail saying that Snapdeal will no longer do a reverse pickup and the courier has to be sent by me. . 6. After such prolonged delay and fake promises, this counts as CUSTOMER HARASSMENT and will not be accepted. The product was a gift for my mother and she is not in a situation to go over all the hassles. . 7.
