Order id :- [protected] Date of purchase :- 15 apr, 2016 Order delivered on :- 21 apr, 2016 Ticket id (Complaint no) :[protected] Product name :- samsung galaxy j3 (8gb) with s bike mode nfc sticker I received a 10rs ghadi soap instead of samsung galaxy s3 mobile phone.The whole box of the mobile phone was missing.I make an compalint on snapdeal and they arrange reverse pickup two times from nuvoex courier but the courier person did not accepted the box and told me to contact snapdeal again and tell them that if courier guy's manager will tell him to pick then only he will pick up the item otherwise he will not pick it up...I told everything to snapdeal and they told me that it will be picked up next day but it is now 4th day after that call but no one came to pick it up...Now snapdeal is not replying for emails and when i call them and tell them that let me talk to your senior then they put my call on hold but no response and after that they say that our seniors are working on this issue...You team is my last hope because you solved my problem earlier also plese help me...
