Snapdeal — Seller Account Deactivate due to snapdeal fault

Dear Sir, Seller code : scfb92 I am a new seller on Snapdeal, my registration completed around in March Month. There is no any solution since 3 months totally rubbish service for seller on snapdeal. that time i listed my 2 products and also request for packaging material. But there is no packaging material received on my address, All my Order were canceled, because the thing I did not get packaging material for some reason and that's why account is closed right now. Your employee Malkeet Dhanjal knows all very well. He checked my details. 2 times packaging material not receive on my address. You can ask this employee or check data too. Another thing that time i always mailed on snapdeal regarding Rating issue and Packaging material issue, but there is no any solution came so i updated my inventory to zero quantity, but rating day by day decreased. In that matter i'm not a responsible. Also here i forwarded 2 mail attach, In this mail you can easily know that packaging material dispatch from Delhi and Delivered in Delhi, where my address is in Gujarat and another mail i request packaging material but didn't deliver my address, you can check too, and also i didn't change my address any single time. You can check this also too on your data. because of this all circumstances happened and account closed right now due to low rating. And now they don't activate my account in any circumstances. I have proof mistake of snapdeal service.Here attached mail please checked. Please Please solve my problem and all querys.
