They said product will be shipped in 7 business Days, however I order on it on 12/Jan/2014 and they shipped on 18/Jan/2014. It reached me in 7 Days.
I opened it as soon it delivered, and found that a wheel is broken. I called Snap deal. They asked me to send photographs, and told that I would be intimated once our team see photographs.
28/Jan/2014 I received an E-mail for Return Process initiation and their return partner picked the damaged product on 1/Feb/2014.
Today 12/Feb/2014, as per the status from Delhivery (return partner) it is yet to be delivered to Snap Deal Delhi office resting in Delhi since 2/Feb/2014. The Next Process is, as per Snap Deal Executive they will examine the damaged product, and either replace (if available)or refund the money.
Replacement would take another 8-10 days.
Refund would take 7 days from the day refund order is issued.
So it would be at least 40-50 days I would be receiving product or refund.
When I call Snap deal - they say product is not delivered to us, refund/replacement will be processed only when product is delivered to us.
When I call Delhivery - they say sorry sir, we are working on your request on priority.
But Nothing seems moving for last 10 days. I am going to Sue them in relevant laws.
Never look back at Snap Deal once the transaction is settled.
