[Resolved] Snapdeal — snapdeal worst shopping site cheating customer (product not delivered after two months and it shown delivered to me) | |||||
I placed a order of miss rose lipstick on 13 september and it shown delivery date on 13-nov to 17 nov 2018. Ididnt get any details of courier or shipment details of product. I have tried to reached them many times but they dont have the customer care number also. I have sent the queries many times through their website for shipment and delivery details but i didnt get any response. This product have no option to cancel also so i waited for 2 months for delivery now i get the message on my mobile number and order update on snapdeal account that order has been delivered to me on 17th nov 2018. But i didn't get any product delivery on mention address or even no calls of courier services. They have message me the link to track the courier but that link is not able to provide any details. This is the pathetic and worst service i ever had. Request you to resolve my complaint. I want my money back as soon as possible. And take action against snapdeal. I Order titan watch 5th November and received 15th November. And which was different which I actually ordered. I want round shape and silver colour but they sent me Rectangular shape .not any Which I Ordered.

Actual i need Bluetooth headset but I received ear phone. So please provide me cordless headset which is connet to phone wia Bluetooth. It's wrong supply me. And send me branded cordless Bluetooth headset.
