[Resolved]  Snapdeal — they have delivered fake product..

Hi,

I have ordered Paco Rabanne invictus 100 ML perfume on 27th march 2018 and they have delivered me a fake product...then I registered a return request on 0503/2018 as per of their policy they revert on 48 hours but till yet today is 14/03/2018 I haven't heard from them anything.there is no provision to talk to their customer care rep because their customer care number which is [protected] is completely IVR based.
Below is my order details.

I ordered two items & pay both by online debit card but snapdeal delivered only one piece .
In app it will taking both items, to return what to do i[censored] will not return item I will go to consumer court & complaint you of cheating

I bought an earphone worth Rs1379. It is not working properly i.e. its damaged or it is duplicate. Now you they say that they will not return the money. Stop cheating customers and then you advertise yourself as one having easy return policy?
