Snapdeal — Unsuccessful refund | |||||
I have ordered a philips headset feom the concerned company, and due to some reasons i have cancelled the order. suddenly i got the confirmation from snapdeal about my cash back. But when i checked my account statement for the same, i didn't fine any such transactions. So i have contacted the snapdeal team via mail, and got the reply that they have already done the cash return proccess and gave me a transaction id (ARN/RRN).
