I had placed the Oder of Samsung j7 on 25th June 2016 of worth Rs 14200 but the product which i had received was Samsung guru FM of worth Rs 1400. I had paid 14200 rupees for Samsung j7 but received Samsung guru cheapest phone. The order number of the product was [protected] My complain number is 25589649 I had placed the complain in snap deal but they are not resolving my problem I am also attaching the video of it in that video it clearly shows that after opening the packet their was Samsung guru FM instead of Samsung J7.
