WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED Complaint Against SNAPDEAL.COM My Name is Chetan Trivedi (Mobile Number- [protected]) (My Order Number is [protected]) I have Ordered Lenovo A536 Mobile Online From SNAPDEAL.COM on 25th Nov 2014 For Which I have Selected EMI Option & Paid For it. But They Have Wrongly Sent Me TP Link WiFi Router on 28th Nov 2014. (I Have Opened My Packet Right In Front Of Their Delivery Man) I Have Called Customer Care & Complained Regarding This Matter & She Has Registered My Complaint & Given Me This Number (Request number[protected]. on 1st of Dec 2014 They Have Reverse Pickup The Product From Me Which Was Wrongly Delivered to Me BUT Still I Have Not Got My Lenovo A536 Mobile Handset & Whenever I Call on Customer Care [protected] They Just Disconnect it.
